Megan Soltura joined us as Vice President, Global Human Resources on October 1, 2018.

Megan brings over a decade of Human Resources experience providing guidance and leadership in startup and growth-oriented businesses. She has global experience in various sectors of the energy industry including professional services, field services and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Crane Worldwide Logistics, Megan was Director of Human Resources – Western Hemisphere at Hoover Ferguson Group, a global manufacturing, liquid handling and service provider of intermediate bulk containers. Prior to joining Hoover Ferguson Group, Megan worked for GATE Energy, where she led the company via HR function from small business to multi-state enterprise organization with an international presence.

Megan earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston-Downtown. She holds SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) accreditations, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
