Drawback transitions to Centers of Excellence and Expertise

Effective August 15, 2021, the drawback program and Drawback Specialists will transition from the port of entry to the CEEs.

The four drawback offices will be managed out of five CEEs and each center will manage two industries.  Please see below for the details:

The New York office staff will be managed by the Pharmaceuticals, Health & Chemicals Center and the Automotive & Aerospace Center.

There are no other changes to the processing of drawback claims,transmission of the same, and submission of ruling and privilege application requests.
