Notice of Revision of Section 301 Action: Enforcement of US WTO Rights in Large Civil Aircraft Dispute

The USTR has determined to revise the Section 301 action to mirror the approach taken by the EU in exercising its WTO authorization in the Boeing dispute.  The USTR has taken the action of imposing additional duties on certain products of the EU member states.

These additional duties are applicable to products that are entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern standard time on January 12, 2021.

Products impacted include aircraft parts, spirits, yogurt and cheeses.  For a complete list of HTS numbers, please see the link here
